The cost for Winston Salem Freedom Schools to provide this transformative experience is $50 per day, $250 per week, or $1,500 for the summer per scholar. With your donation, a child receives 40 hours weekly of our Integrated Reading Curriculum, enriching afternoon activities, field trips, nutritious meals and snacks, and civic education.
Participation in this incredible program is provided at no cost to families. That’s why it takes the support of our community—our village—to fund scholarships for over 500 children each summer.
